Privacy Policy

This portal is operated by Lead Windows & Doors. The short version: we collect what we need to run your dealer account, estimates, and orders - and nothing for advertising. We do not sell information, show ads, or use analytics trackers. One cookie, and its only job is signing you in. This page says exactly what we keep, why, and how to reach us about it.

1. What we collect

• Your account. Username, sign-in sessions, and your password - stored only as a salted hash, which means we cannot read it.
• Your business identity. Business name, contact name, address, phone, email, and logo - used to fill in your documents.
• What you build. Estimates (including the names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses of your customers that you type in), saved terms, and templates.
• Your orders. Lines, totals, your PO number, pickup times, and the order's status history.
• Messages. Emails the portal sends you about your orders; and if you message the business through a connected channel such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, those conversations are received and stored here so we can answer them.
• Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, time, and the page requested), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

2. What we use it for

To run the portal and your account; to produce your paperwork (estimate and order PDFs); to email you about your orders; to answer your messages - our staff may use an AI writing assistant to help draft replies, which means a message may be processed by our AI provider to suggest an answer; and to keep the service secure. We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

3. The one cookie

Signing in sets a single cookie holding a random session token, and it expires. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies of any kind.

4. When information leaves us

• Service providers. The companies that host our server, deliver our email, and provide the AI assistance above - only as needed to run the service.
• Links you choose to share. A shared estimate page or an order status page is visible to anyone holding the link, until you revoke it or the order completes.
• The law. If a valid legal demand requires it.

That is the whole list.

5. Your customers' details

Details you enter about your own customers are used only to fill your documents and orders. They are your customers, not ours: we do not contact them (except through pages and documents you share with them yourself), and we do not use their details for anything else.

6. Keeping and deleting

Account and portal data stay while your account is open. Invoices and order records are business and tax records, so we keep those for as long as Florida and federal law require, even after an account closes. Ask us to close your account and we will delete what we are not required to keep. Server logs are kept for a short time only.

7. How we protect it

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; connections are encrypted (HTTPS); a customer account only ever sees its own estimates and orders; sessions expire; and share links use long, unguessable tokens that you can revoke.

8. Your choices

You can see and correct your business information in the portal (Your business). For a copy, a correction, or deletion of your information, write to sales@leadwindoor.com - we answer reasonable requests, whether or not a privacy statute obliges us to.

9. Children

The portal is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

The date at the top always tells you the current version, and we will point out material changes in the portal.
