Lead Windows & Doors

Terms of Use

Effective September 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lead Windows & Doors ("we", "us"). They cover this dealer portal and inventory system (the "portal") - the website where our trade customers build estimates, place pickup orders, and follow them. By signing in or using an account here, you agree to these terms.

The portal is a tool for businesses. Accounts are issued to dealers and trade customers, and everything here is business-to-business - this is not a consumer shopping site. If you use the portal for a company, you confirm you may act for it, and "you" means both you and the company.

1. Your account

2. Prices, availability and orders

3. What you put in

4. Share links

The portal can create public links - a shared estimate, an order status page. Anyone holding such a link can open it without signing in; that is the point of them. Share them deliberately, and revoke a shared estimate in the portal when it should no longer be open.

5. Fair use

Use the portal for your business, lawfully. Do not: try to guess or use someone else's sign-in or link tokens; probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service; resell or share access outside your business; or enter content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

6. Our software

The portal's software and design belong to us and our licensors. Using the portal does not transfer any of it to you beyond what these terms allow.

7. The paperwork controls

The portal is a window onto our records. If a portal screen and an issued invoice ever disagree, the invoice and our books are the record of the sale.

8. The service, as it is

We work to keep the portal accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available": we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or maintain it. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the portal itself. This section is about the software - products you buy keep whatever warranty came with them on their own paperwork, and these terms do not reduce it.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from the portal, and our total liability for any claim connected to the portal will not exceed the amount you paid on the order the claim is about - or $100 if the claim is not about an order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Ending access

You may stop using the portal at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service. Invoices and order records survive either way, as business records.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always tells you the current version, and we will point out material changes in the portal. Using the portal after a change means you accept it.

12. Florida

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute connected to the portal belongs in the state or federal courts for Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we each consent to that venue. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
